Who we are
This website is operated by Freeform Design Kft. (registered seat: 1037 Budapest, Toldás köz 16., Hungary; company registration number: 01-09-429094; tax number: 32531851-2-41) — the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at freeform.ourcollective@gmail.com.
What data we collect, and why
The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, the role you select, what you are interested in, and anything you write about your property and plans.
We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to prepare a business case for your property. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it
- FormSubmit relays your form submission to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any host, processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site; loading them discloses your IP address to Google.
We do not sell, share or otherwise disclose your data to anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect or store personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any follow-up conversation, and no longer than two years after our last exchange — unless we enter into a business relationship, in which case the data becomes part of that relationship’s records.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of its processing, or object to it, and you have the right to data portability. Write to freeform.ourcollective@gmail.com and we will act on it without undue delay.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu) or your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with an updated date.
